In order to increase efficiency and customer service, BCSS has recently updated our billing system with the latest software. There will be no change in the paper or electronic bills, and we hope that there is no noticeable change to most of our customers while we become accustomed to the new system.

As part of the transition to the new system, some customers with established online bill payment accounts will have to set up an online account again. If the online bill payment site does not accept your previous username and password, please register again.

In addition, customers who were set up on autopay with a credit or debit card that has not been updated in awhile, please contact us to update your autodraft information or complete an autopay form here. Automatic payments through banking accounts did transfer to the new billing system. However, credit and debit card autopay information did not transfer, so these customers will receive a paper bill until we obtain the updated information. We mailed all customers on credit/ debit autodraft notifications and new autopay forms in March, but we have not received all completed forms.
